As I look back on 2025, I’m filled with deep gratitude. This past year brought meaningful partnerships, new opportunities and incredible growth — not just for Align My Practice, but for the amazing doctors and teams I’ve had the honor to support.
In 2025, Align My Practice partnered with 76 practices, supported hundreds of team members, strengthened leadership systems, improved financial clarity, and helped offices create real, sustainable momentum. I had the opportunity to direct and support multiple events, travel to new states, develop new curriculum, and collaborate with inspiring professionals nationwide — and every experience reinforced the purpose behind this work.
As we step into 2026, my mission remains the same:
To help practices gain clarity, build strong systems, create predictable growth, elevate the patient experience, empower confident teams and support doctors in achieving true work–life harmony.
