Hi!! My name is Shelley Bostrom, and I’m the owner and founder of Align My Practice. I am truly passionate about empowering doctors and their teams—not just to succeed in their roles, but to genuinely thrive, both personally and professionally.
My mission is to help create practices where passion meets purpose… where exceptional patient care flows effortlessly alongside strong systems… and where growth isn’t forced—it’s a natural result of alignment, clarity, and leadership.
I primarily work with private orthodontic practices, while also supporting pediatric and general dental offices that are looking to integrate orthodontics, clear aligners, or airway-focused treatment into their services.
Through Align My Practice, I offer highly customized consulting, training, and coaching—this is never a cookie-cutter approach. Every practice is different, and I take the time to understand where you are today, identify your strengths, and align with your specific goals and challenges.
From there, we build systems, strategies, and workflows that truly fit your team and your vision. Whether we’re working together onsite or virtually, my goal is always the same—to help you build patient loyalty, strengthen your presence in your community, and create meaningful, lasting growth from within.
With over 30 years in the dental and orthodontic industry—and a lifelong entrepreneurial spirit—I bring both experience and heart into every relationship. Align My Practice is my third business, and it’s truly the culmination of everything I’ve learned along the way. I’ve had the privilege of working in every role within a practice, so I deeply understand the challenges your team faces day to day. I approach every situation with empathy, strategy, and a strong commitment to helping you move forward.
What I love most is mentoring—helping team members discover their strengths, step into leadership, and feel confident and fulfilled in what they do. I’ve been incredibly fortunate to learn from and be supported by amazing doctors throughout my career, and I carry that same level of dedication and care into every practice I work with.
I know firsthand the responsibility that comes with leading a practice, and I’m here to support you every step of the way—with guidance, systems, accountability, and a clear path forward.

Get to know Courtney...
I am so excited to introduce you to Courtney — our Senior Consultant here at Align My Practice, and truly such a gift to both me and our clients.
Courtney grew up in North Texas, where Southern hospitality (and plenty of sweet tea!) shaped who she is today. From a young age, she loved going to the dentist and orthodontist — and always knew she wanted to be part of this field. At just 17 years old, she began her orthodontic career, and she hasn’t looked back since.
She started in sterilization, quickly earned her RDA, and advanced into a clinical assistant role. From there, her passion for learning and growth took off. Over the years, Courtney has truly done it all — clinical assistant, front desk patient care specialist, clinical supervisor, onboarding trainer, marketing liaison — while also building deep expertise in radiology, lab work, treatment coordinating, clinic organization, and team development.
In every practice she’s been part of, Courtney became known as the problem solver — the one who brings calm to chaos, creates solutions, and helps teams grow stronger and more confident together. While she has experience in every area of the practice, her heart truly lives in the clinical side of orthodontics.
Outside of work, Courtney loves photography and hiking — finding peace and clarity in the mountains — and most importantly, she treasures time with her two children, who are her greatest joy and purpose.
Courtney joined Align My Practice in 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience, incredible heart, and a deep passion for what we do. She is not only my Senior Consultant, but someone I feel so grateful to partner with every day.
