This day isn't a taught master class; instead, it's an opportunity for Align My Practice to be a fly on the wall, reviewing over 200 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of your business. We conduct a thorough investigation, leaving no stone unturned, analyzing critical aspects.

With meticulous attention to detail, we methodically examine every aspect of your practice to generate a comprehensive report for the doctor. This report entails prioritized action items, recommended training, and practical suggestions, enabling you to optimize your strengths and address areas requiring attention. By overviewing and then enhancing your practice's performance, we empower you to take it to the next level.

We arrive at your office before the team, observing start-of-the-day procedures and assessing your team's morning huddle, administrative processes, and the creation of a memorable new patient experience. We review TC processes to ensure effectiveness in converting patients from shoppers to buyers and maintaining conversion percentages above industry standards. Additionally, we assess clinical systems and protocols to ensure a seamless patient workflow and maximized schedule efficiency.

Evaluation of financial, insurance, and collection systems is conducted to ensure optimization for maximum profitability, with a focus on maintaining delinquent accounts at or below industry standards for a healthy practice. We also evaluate team culture and HR processes to foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages accountability and positivity.

Our assessment extends to marketing efforts and systems to ensure effective engagement with the target audience across various channels. We also review overall practice SOPs to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and minimized stress, aiming for improved doctor joy and team morale.

Lastly, we evaluate the practice's financial health & business statistics identifying opportunities for improvement in overhead expenses to ensure lean and healthy operations within guidelines for profitability. While this highly valuable day isn't mandatory to partner with Align My Practice, it's highly suggested and effective before we begin coaching you and your team on any of our five master classes.

As the doctor/practice owner, you'll receive our KPI reporting within 1-3 business days of our onsite visit, outlining exceptional areas of your practice and those needing improvement, along with suggested training from Align My Practice to address them.
