My journey spans nearly three decades, beginning with humble roots as a Registered Dental Assistant at the age of 19, while simultaneously honing my skills as a decorated PaceSetter and AllStar at Nordstrom. This fusion of clinical dedication, service excellence, and a flair for sales laid the groundwork for my professional ascent.
Marrying my high-school sweetheart, parenthood, and entrepreneurship marked subsequent chapters, before returning to dentistry and orthodontics. Embracing every role within the practice, I grasped each challenge with unwavering determination, igniting a passion for excellence that permeated every facet of practice growth and patient care. Mediocrity was never an option; I constantly pushed boundaries, setting new benchmarks for success. My greatest joy lies in nurturing and mentoring others, empowering them to uncover their own strengths and become champions in their respective roles.
Having been blessed with the support of visionary doctors throughout my career, I understand firsthand the demands of ownership and the relentless pursuit of excellence. Get to know Courtney...
Courtney grew up in North Texas, where Southern hospitality and sweet tea shaped her early years. As a child, she loved visiting the dentist and orthodontist, dreaming of joining the field someday. After completing her own orthodontic treatment, she eagerly took a summer job at her orthodontist’s office—and at just 17, her orthodontic career began.
Starting in sterilization, Courtney quickly earned her RDA and advanced to clinical assistant. The positive environment and patient connections fueled her passion for learning. Over the next decade, she held roles including clinical assistant, front desk patient care specialist, clinical supervisor, onboarding trainer, and marketing liaison, while expanding her skills in radiology, lab work, and clinic organization.
More recently, as a clinical manager, treatment coordinator, and clinical education specialist, Courtney became known as the problem solver—skilled at smoothing challenges and fostering growth. Though experienced in many areas, her true passion lies in the clinical side of orthodontics.
Outside work, Courtney enjoys photography and hiking—finding peace in the mountains—and treasures time with her two children, who are her greatest joy and purpose.
Courtney joined Align My Practice in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep passion for orthodontics.
